We tell you when we can get there
A straight answer about timing rather than a promise we cannot keep. Urgent work gets fitted into the working day where there is room. Weekends by appointment.

The work
Every job differs, so nothing is settled before it has been seen. We carry common cartridges, stems and seats; brand-specific parts get identified and sourced first where the fixture can be named from a photograph.
